Portland Rotary an active club with a strong involvement with our local community with whom we carry out joint projects, and we keep in the forefront of Rotary life.
We are always looking for new members to join our Club and visitors are welcome to attend our meetings and events

Portland is famous for the production of Portland Stone and this can be seen in many of the buildings in London, including St Paul's Cathedral, Palace of Westminster, Tower of London, British Museum, Somerset House, Bank of England.

Once an area dedicated to Defence and the Royal Navy, Portland has become a growing centre for light industry and water based leisure activities, in particular the Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy, which was the Venue for the 2012 Olympic Sailing Events
